Today is just a happy day!

PS I saw rise of the planet of the apes today.. It was alright. I enjoyed it while I was in the theatre, but now I don't think I would want to watch it again. I do admit that the main actor James Franco is really handsome, and he is awesome. No doubt there. However the ape... he was really cool until he hit about 5 years old, and turned into a total DBAG! I don't know if I will ever dream of having a pet monkey again...

I give it 2/5 stars?

Final touches

Do you know why I am happy? Because today marks the 16th day away from the wedding! I am so entirely excited. In regards to my last post. We really did make a lot of lists of final things we need to do. Things like:

• Find the perfect hair clip for my veil
• finish making the centerpieces
• make the DVD to play during the reception
• make a playlist for our AWESOME dj
• write our vows
• Make the seating chart
• get jared suit pressed
• buy candles

I just bought these. I love Succulents, my whole bouquet is made out of them.

.. ya know things like that.

Then I have this INCREDIBLE mommy. She brought up 2,000 things that I hadn't thought of, and really appreciate. Since we are not having a traditional wedding, we are doing it all our selves. Including all the decorating, all the setting up, all the everything! We've done all the aesthetic work. But now I need to get off my chest the list of things I need to get for the behind the scenes. Things like:

• water bottles for the shuttle
• garbage bags
• bug spray
• Iron
• Tapes: electrical, masking, and duct
• cleaning supplies

There are a few thousand more. I plan on just packing a duffle bag of everything in our homes. I am getting so entirely excited that we are barely over two weeks ago! I am so excited for everyone to see this wedding, and how much work we've put in to it. I made everything from the frames, to the centerpieces to the boutonnieres. The boys all look so handsome. The girls look so beautiful.

Jared is the most handsome man on the face of the earth, and I honestly cant wait to dress up like a princess for a day. Life is SO fantastic! Wedding fever over here. woo woo!

Apparently I am being a bad blogger and I apologize! My brain is so scattered lately. I am only 17 days aways from getting married! Isn't that nutty? As nuts as Roseanne's Nuts? Totally. I have 2 lists.

With the 2 of them together I have like 2 pages of line items that I need to cross off. Jared and I spent all night shopping for a tie clip and cuff links. We found the most awesome ones that totally match his wedding ring. They are all like brushed metal.

Next on the list is that we have to re-confirm a caterer. Ours kind of graciously bowed out like a freakin' loser. So 2 1/2 weeks to the wedding and we're back at taste testing! Woo!

After that we have small things and then we get married. then we go to the bahamas. then we go to disney world. then we come home!
