Not that I am super blue, but a little bit. Today the weather in Utah was out of control when I woke up this morning around 7 45 I thought we were going to get blown off our mountain. It seriously sounded like the wind was an angry neighbor knocking on all of our doors and windows. The rain was so persistent it was pounding down on a roof and couldn't decide if it wanted to be rain or snow. When I woke up and saw this blizzard outside I wanted nothing more to take a 3 day weekend, lay in bed all day and cuddle my hubby and puppy. It doesn't help when Shia is seriously the cutest morning puppy ever. I mean look at this face?
To prove to you how bad the weather seriously was, a Semi decided to overturn on I-15 today. It was Southbound, and I was headed Northbound - so I didn't get stuck behind the traffic which looked terrible. This is from KSL.com
The other reason I am sadly upset that it's Monday is because my weekend was fantastic. A bunch of lounging, lots of friends, sleeping a lot, and some kissin'. We played pool and foosball in our new basement area. It's still in the works.
The last reason today is blue is because I love LOVE Dierks Bentley right? Who doesn't. I just found out while driving to work that he will be in Wendover next weekend! whhhhat?? The only tickets left are either $80 or a solid hundy. What the? Next time Dierks. Next time my man.

DeleteThat dog is too cute! He looks like I did when I got up at 3 am last week, not real pleased! But to cuddly. We had a great weekend as well, it consisted of cleaning house and riding bikes. My legs are going to fall off!
ReplyDeleteI like cleaning house weekends, for real. It's the best to start the week to a clean house, not like it ever stays that way. You best rest those legs, you'd look funny without them.
Deletei'm still fighting the monday blues. that accident/traffic looks HORRIBLE. i'm so happy i didn't have to drive south this morning. i don't know what it is, but rain and storms make me want to stay in. monday's only win if they're sunny.
ReplyDeleteSeriously it said that accident caused a 90 minute delay! Wouldn't that suck to explain to your work why you're an hour and a half late, ha! For real Mondays need to stay away unless they have something to offer.
